Yes. COD King is designed for Shopify stores and can be configured directly from your Shopify admin.

Cash on Delivery allows customers to place an order and pay when the order is delivered.COD King provides tools that help merchants configure and manage their COD workflow.
Yes. COD King provides a COD Fees feature that allows merchants to configure additional charges for Cash on Delivery orders.See Setting COD Fees in Shopify for detailed instructions.
Partial Payment allows customers to pay a portion of an order online while the remaining amount follows the configured COD workflow.See Setting Up Partial Payment for configuration instructions.

SMS and WhatsApp

Yes. COD King supports customer engagement through supported SMS and WhatsApp configurations.See Setting Up SMS and WhatsApp on Shopify for setup instructions.
Check the following:
  • Confirm that messaging is enabled.
  • Verify the selected provider.
  • Check that the provider credentials are correct.
  • Verify the Sender ID, Sender Name, or Masking where required.
  • Check your provider account balance or available credits.
  • Make sure the recipient phone number is valid.
  • Include the correct country code where required.
If you are using a Local SMS Gateway, follow the setup guide for your provider.
Yes. COD King supports Local SMS Operators for supported regions.Each provider has its own setup requirements and credentials.
Some SMS providers require a Sender ID or Sender Name to be registered and approved before it can be used.Make sure the Sender ID entered in COD King exactly matches the approved sender information provided by your SMS operator.Some providers may also apply country-specific restrictions.

Local SMS Gateway

COD King supports multiple Local SMS Operators for regional SMS delivery.
A Local SMS Gateway allows COD King to connect with a supported regional SMS provider for sending SMS notifications.This can be useful when merchants want to use an SMS provider that operates in their target country or region.
Open:COD King → Local SMS OperatorsSelect your provider from the Network Provider dropdown.Enter the credentials required by the provider and save the configuration.The required fields vary between providers.
The required fields depend on the SMS provider.They may include:
  • API Key
  • API Secret
  • API Token
  • Username
  • Password
  • Sender ID
  • Sender Name
  • Masking
Always follow the provider-specific documentation for the exact configuration.
Check the following:
  1. Make sure the operator credentials are saved.
  2. Verify all credentials entered in COD King.
  3. Confirm that the Sender ID, Sender Name, or Masking is approved.
  4. Use a valid recipient phone number.
  5. Include the country code where required.
  6. Check your provider account balance or SMS credit.
  7. Confirm that the provider account is active.
